Extremely small bathroom had painted sheetrock walls, which were at risk of absorbing moisture, hard to clean, and not very attractive. I chose to install 16-inch square semi-rigid vinyl tiles, which were self-adhesive, but require extra adhesive to be applied to the walls. I also sealed the joints with gray silicone, to ensure that the walls were fully waterproof. The rest of the room is made of wood, which absorbs and releases humidity very well.
